Kellie Parker

I joined Tri Sigma in 1993 while attending Kent State University (Alpha Beta). During my time at Kent, I served as Parliamentarian, Education Director, Treasurer, among various other chairs and committees. I was inducted into Order of Omega, Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity, and I was President of the Mortar Board National College Senior Honor Society.

I have served Tri Sigma as a volunteer since 2004. I was formerly the Membership/Education Advisor and the Chapter Advisor for the Epsilon Alpha chapter at California State University – East Bay. I transitioned into the role of a Collegiate Coordinator, and then a Regional Support Team (RST) member.

In 2010, I moved into the role of National Webmaster. In this role, I am responsible for maintaining the national website, this blog, and Tri Sigma’s social media presence. I work closely with the National Headquarters staff, the Foundation staff, the Triangle staff, and other volunteers and members to make sure that our web presence is timely, informative, functional, and modern.

In my full-time job, I lead the community team at SEGA, the video game company. My team is responsible for blogging, social media, forums, contests, original content, and fan interaction both online and off. I work on many types of games, including Sonic the Hedgehog.

I live in San Francisco, CA with my wife Carly (who is also a Tri Sigma, currently serving as Circle Degree assistant) and our cat, Cleo.

I joined the Tri Sigma staff in August of 2010, and currently support all of Tri Sigma’s branded content and public relations efforts. I am lucky to have a lot of help, working with more than 20 vendors, and even more Tri Sigma volunteers who keep the Tri Sigma story compelling and relevant to our members and friends.

You see my contributions in our national magazine, The Triangle, our website, leadership materials, extension and colonization marketing, our social media outlets like Facebook, Flickr, YouTube and Twitter, and even when you purchase a Tri Sigma product or download the Tri Sigma “app” for your IPhone. I help to coordinate your story, and I absolutely love working with the women of Tri Sigma.

I joined Delta Gamma Fraternity in 1996, and since then have had the pleasure of engaging in interfraternal service as a traveling consultant, facilitator for fraternity and sorority programs around the country, and as a campus speaker. I also serve as a national volunteer and recruitment coach for DG. My professional life has developed into a commitment to non-profit work. I served as the marketing director for the Midwest’s most comprehensive domestic violence agency, the Rose Brooks Center, and as a National Special Events Manager for the National Office of the March of Dimes. My husband David and I live in St. Louis, MO, with our Yorkie, Mason. David is a life-loyal member of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity, and currently serves as a fraternity and sorority advisor at Washington University in St. Louis.
