The 2012 Officer Academy registration links are now open! We’re thrilled to offer collegian officer teams the opportunity to build skills, work together to design chapter action plans, and focus on the key elements of Tri Sigma leadership. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work with staff, volunteers, and other Tri Sigma leaders on the direction of your chapter. We want you to prepare for an outstanding leadership development experience.
Here are some quotes from past participants and facilitators:
“Officer Academy was just a bunch of “ME TOO” moments. Whether it was related to the same issues, same worries, or even the same ideals about Tri Sigma (or Greek Life) it was none the less comforting to submerge yourself into a group of sisters who are thinking along the same lines as you are. It was really nice to see so many different sisters there who could listen, support, and help create new ideas. ” – Katie Johnstone
“It was nice to be able to share stories and talk about concerns with women in a similar position to myself. In some cases, you’d find someone in the group with the same issue and it was nice to know that your chapter was not the only one with certain challenges. You’d also find that someone in the group had a great idea for a solution to a problem! Loved it!” – Sandra Morriss
“Evan as a facilitator, I feel I not only learned more about myself but also how I could better support our collegiate chapters. I had the honor of working with a group of recruitment directors and it was amazing to hear how the philosophy of Dynamic Recruitment was finally becoming a natural way of recruiting vs. a new strategy to try out. I truly believe women being recruited to join our sorority are “quality”; Tri Sigma is simply enhancing their values, supporting their service to community efforts and sharing their life journey.” – Aimee Jensen Boland
We would love for you to join us. This promises to be an opportunity to learn about how Tri Sigma can make you a character driven leader – on campus and off. Below are the registration links for all five Officer Academy locations. Have any questions? Let us know!
