Some stories just write themselves. This is one of those stories.
Last week, on Twitter, Facebook and in members blogs, I noticed a wonderful, wonderful trend.

As elections happen in our collegiate chapters, the collegian members of Tri Sigma are posting how happy they are that they have been elected to serve as leaders in their chapters and communities. One after another, these women of character are stepping up to lead and serve the men and women around them.
Here are some hints at the women who will be leading Tri Sigma in the next year. These postings reflect a wonderful enthusiasm that inspired me! I know they will inspire you to take the next steps towards serving other people with the skills you’ve gained as a Tri Sigma.

The theme of the Spring 2012 issue is “Tri Sigma: Women of Character”. This time, we are looking to spotlight our continued commitment to building women of character, and to highlight a woman – or women -of your chapter who exemplify this theme. Rather than share general news about what your chapter is doing, we would love to hear about a special decision or event or story that can proudly identify and describe the character-driven Sigma whom you proudly call your sister.

We want to share the stories of our special Sigma sisters with everyone who reads The Triangle. Our deadline for this issue is Wednesday, Nov 23. Want to learn more about our next issue? Take a peek inside!
