Are you watching Mad Men? This doll is very reminiscent of Joan, the sharp tongued savvy office manager on the hit show on AMC. It is very fitting that this chapter doll was submitted by a now-dormant chapter at Queens College in Flushing, New York.

Our Psi Chapter at Marshall University was installed on March 17, 1922 as the first national sorority on Marshall’s campus. Their chapter doll reflects the dress of the time, and is a porcelain doll with a rust colored dress in the twenties “midday” dress popularized by young women of a particular social level.

A definite throwback to the late 80′s – early 90′s, the chapter doll for our Epsilon Rho chapter at Minnesota State University – Mankato sports purple leggings, an oversized sweater and a scrunchy!
