“In retrospect, it might have been odd for me, a sister who constantly wears her letters and one of the first to plan Tri Sigma events, to apply and interview to become a Rho Gamma (also known as Recruitment Guide) when it meant spending four months away from everything and all Tri Sigma. But I had a goal: I wanted to help other young ladies find their second family.” Want to read more from Rebecca on her Rho Gamma experience? Click inside!

“To say UIFI was an inspiration would be an understatement. The people I met there reestablished my faith in humanity, and the overall experience reinforced the direction of my life, as well as the pursuit of my dreams. UIFI is not simply a leadership institute, it is a wake up call. It reminded me of who I am and who I want to be, and forced me to realize that both of those things are in my hands and are based on my actions.”

Our Executive Council members have touched so many lives, and we are incredibly blessed to have Council members who are beloved by both Tri Sigmas and by members of other fraternities and sororities. One National Vice President, Bethany Deines – Beta Kappa, is a fantastic example of a true Tri Sigma ambassador.

Our five regional leadership consultants (RLC’s) are recent graduates who travel the country to support, motivate, educate and inspire our collegiate chapters and colonies. The service of a consultant is so unique – as the skills and talents of a recent graduate offer something really special to our organization. We’ll tribute each of our RLC’s as they conclude their year on the road.
